This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State. Perused the record.

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:
"It is therefore, prayed that your Lordships may be pleased to direct the step/O.Ps to complete the fixation of pay of the petitioner as Dy. Ranger under the ORSP Rule 2008 w.e.f. 01.01.2006 as taking into account the last pay to be drawn by the petitioner as on 30.04.2010 as Dy. Ranger, sanction the provisional pension as per OCS(pension) Rules, 1992 with payment of all arrear financial benefits on that count to the petitioner within a stipulated period as would be fixed by the Hon'ble court.
The O.Ps. further be directed to disburse 3 months duty pay salary Dy. Ranger i.e. for Feb.2010 March, 2010 and April, 2010 to the petitioner.
// 2 // And pass any other order/ orders as deemed fit and proper in the ends of justice, equity and good conscience." 4.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has submitted representation dated 27.12.2021 under Annexure-4 before the Divisional Forest Officer, Satkosia Wildlife Division, Angul-Opposite Party No.4 and the same is pending for consideration as of now.

Learned counsel for the State submits that he has no objection, if a direction is given to the authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time. 6.
Considering the submissions made by the respective parties, this Court disposes of the writ petition at the stage of admission with a direction to the Divisional Forest Officer, Satkosia Wildlife Division, Angul-Opposite Party No.4 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 27.12.2021 under Annexure-4 in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Opposite Party No.4 shall do well to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner by passing a speaking and reasoned order on the same. Any decision taken on the said representation shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of ten days thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
