This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.
(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The grievance of the Petitioner in the present writ petition is that although he has been validly transferred from Nangalbad Beat and posted to Gendulpani Beat of Ghatmal Section, Sinapali Range, the D.F.O., Khariar Forest Division, Nuapada Opposite Party No.3 is not allowing his joining report pursuant to transfer order dated 10.12.2021 as well as the subsequent order passed by the D.F.O., Khariar Division, Khariar dated 04.02.2022.

Learned counsel for the State does not have any objection if a direction is given to the Authority to accept the joining report of the Petitioner as per the order under Annexure-1. 5.
Considering the submission made and the limited nature of grievance, this Court disposes of the writ petition at the stage of
// 2 // admission with a direction to the Divisional Forest Officer, Khariar Forest Division, Nuapada, Opposite Party No.3 to accept the joining report of the Petitioner pursuant to order under Annexures-1 and the letter issued by the D.F.O., Khariar dated 4.2.2022 within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
