This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking a direction to the Opposite Party No.3-Sub-Registrar, Konisi to register the sale certificate issued by the Recovery Officer, D.R.T., Cuttack in R.C. No.30 of 2011 in her favour within a stipulated period.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Opposite Party No.3-Sub-Registrar, Konisi that on payment

// 2 // stamp duty on the benchmark value of the property as well as the registration fee by the Petitioner, sale certificate issued by the Recovery Officer, D.R.T., Cuttack in R.C. No.30 of 2011 be registered in her favour without insisting the presence of the bank officer not later than two weeks of payment of the same.
