This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Nilagiri P.S. Case No.71 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 97 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Nilagiri for commission of alleged offence under section 363 of the Indian Penal Code.
