The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the notice under Annexure-9 and 10 issued by the Tahasildar, Kaniha. 3.

Mr. A.N. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that against the demand notice on TMC No.22/2012-13 issued by the authority, appeal lies. Therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
