04. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Das, learned ASC for the State-Opp. Parties.
3. Mr. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner at the outset submits that he will not press the prayer No. 1. Accordingly, the same is not considered while taking up this matter.
4. With regard to prayer No. 2, learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to make an application before O.P. No.1 within a period of 2 (three) weeks from today. It is observed that if any such application is filed within the above said period, O.P. No. 1 shall consider the same in accordance with law within a period of 1 (one) month thereof.
