Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves a confirming order under the provision of O.C.H. & P.F.L Act. Considering the rival contentions of the Parties, this Court finds, there is some sought of confusion arising in the concluding direction of the competent authority. Even though this Court does not find any scope for interfering in the order however to remove slightest confusion clarifies the direction part of the competent authority to the extent that the competent authority's direction may not be construed to be a direction to the civil court only consider the status aspect but will also involve all such issues already involved in the civil suit involved.
