For the Petitioner having clear alternate and efficacious remedy involving this issue, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition at this stage. However, considering the request made by Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy available for this purpose.
