This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.
(virtual/physical mode).

This is the successive journey of this Petitioner, who having been implicated in Umerkote P.S. Case No.157 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.58 of 2022 registered for alleged commission of offence under sections 294,323,376 & 506, I.P.C. read with section 3 S.C./S.T. (P.A.) Act and section 66-A, 66-E and 67-a of the I.T. (Amendment) Act pending on the file of the learned J.M.F.C., Umerkote has filed this application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for his release on bail in the event of his arrest.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submission and keeping in view the nature of accusation as to the role of this Petitioner as those emanate from the materials on record, finding no changing circumstances, I do not find it to be a fit case for reconsideration of the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. 5.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed.
