3. Mr. Lalatendu Samantaray, AGA states that the Department of Higher Education vide order dated 07.05.2019 passed by the Government, has already granted arrears of financial benefits to the Petitioner in accordance with the direction of Court vide order dated 21.11.2017.

He submits that nothing survives in the present CONTC and that is why none appears on behalf of the Petitioner.
