Hearing the submission of Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner and recording the statement that there has been no demolition pursuant to the notice vide Annexure-3 as of now, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Barbil-Opposite Party No.2 to treat this writ petition as a representation and consider the request of the Petitioner therein by taking decision as appropriate, within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner and also involving the Petitioner.

For a period of two months, there shall be no coercive action involving the Petitioner involving the notice vide Annexure-3. 3.
