None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared for the petitioner on last two occasions on 08.12.2022 and 24.11.2022.

In view of the aforesaid fact, especially when no one had appeared for the petitioner to move today or on the last date, it appears to the Court that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. 4.
