Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Barik learned counsel for the BSNL.

On perusal of the case record, it is revealed that the matter relates to sevice benefits of the petitioners under the BSNL. It is stated at the bar that since the matter relates to sevice benefits under the BSNL, it is covered by the notification conferring jurisdiction on the Central Administrative Tribunal.

As such, the matter is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to move before the Tribunal and who shall hear and dispose of the same on merits.
