The Petitioner's representation under Annexure-3 will be examined by the Collector, Ganjam (Opposite Party No.2) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner as well as Opposite Party No.4 and after giving them a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 16th December, 2022 and communicated to the parties within a week thereafter. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
