It is a successive bail application filed by the petitioner seeking bail after his earlier application being rejected by this Court on merits.

As per the order passed in BLAPL No. 9309 of 2021, I find no change in circumstances to take a different view than what was taken by me earlier.

The bail application is therefore rejected.
