1. The Petitioners are permitted to file a fresh representation to the Collector, Mayurbhanj on or before 25th April 2022 in which case, the said representation shall be examined and after hearing the Petitioners, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 11th July, 2022.

2. A copy of the said order which should be made available to the Petitioners not later than 18th July, 2022. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.
