Since on instruction, Mr. Zafarulla, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that in connection with the complaint under Annexure-1, Bhadrak Town P.S. Case No.139 dated 19.04.2022 has already been registered for commission of offence under Section 379 I.P.C., Ms. Sarangi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she does not want to proceed further in the matter.
