The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- " The petitioners humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ petition, issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs and after hearing the counsel for the parties direct the opposite parties to provide employment and R& R benefits under Category-I in terms of Odisha R & R Policy, 2006 to the petitioner no.2 in lieu of acquisition of 100% land of the petitioners by M.C.L. within a stipulated period. And further pleased to direct to the opp.parties to arises the compensation under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and pay to the petitioner no.1 within a stipulated period with interest to the Petitioners". 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners states that highlighting their grievance, the Petitioners have made representation to Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-5-Series and the same may be

directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-5Series, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
