1. The Petitioners representation dated 8th February, 2022 (Annexure4 series) shall be examined by the Additional Secretary-cum-Director of State, G.A. Department including the Bhubaneswar Development Authority and AIMS, Bhubaneswar and after giving them a hearing, a reasoned order thereon shall be passed not later than 14th November, 2022 and be communicated to the Parties within a week thereafter. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view on merits.
