Petitioner has serious allegation with regard to the construction of a Club house next to the Village temple. This Court finds, the Petitioner has already submitted a complaint in this regard before the Opposite Party No.3, which is still pending. In the process, this Court directs the Collector, Subarnapur-Opposite Party No.2 to enquire into the matter basing on the allegation made by the Petitioner and do the needful involving the all the parties concerned. 2.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 3.

With the aforesaid direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
