Instant contempt petition has been filed for the alleged noncompliance of the directions contained in the order dated 30th June, 2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 18419 of 2021, whereby the representation in respect of removal of the illegal encroachment on both sides of the road from Raja A.T.High School to Mission Hopsital, Khariar (N.H.353) (at Page-10) were required to be removed.

Mr. L. Samantaray, Additional Government Advocate states that a compliance affidavit dated 17th September, 2022 of Mr. Hema Kanta Say, Collector, Nuapada has been filed in the Registry. The same, however is not available on record. 3.

Mr. L. Samantaray, Additional Government Advocate by referring to the contents of the affidavit has shown that the

// 2 // identified encroachment has since been removed and the order passed by this Court duly complied with.

In view of the above, the contempt petition is disposed of as infructuous.
