It appears, on the selfsame issue the Petitioner has a pending request before the Secretary, Board of Secondary Education, OdishaOpposite Party No.2 vide Annexures-5 & 6. Keeping in view that decision in the matter is ultimately required to be taken by the Opposite Party No.2, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.2 to consider grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexures-5 & 6 and take a lawful decision in the matter keeping in view the direction of this in W.P.(C) No.40890 of 2021.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
