This is an application for modification of order dated 28.03.2022 Order No.

passed in C.M.P. No. 237 of 2022.

Considering there is inadvertent typographical error from the Court side in the ultimate direction in disposal of the C.M.P. No. 237 of 2022 as the intention of the Court was to conclude the appeal pending before the District Judge in R.F.A. No.33/335 of 2022/1990, accepting the application and considering the submission of learned counsel appearing for the parties this Court deletes the words "U/o.41 Rule 2 of C.P.C." in the 10th line of Sub-Paragraph of Paragraph-5 at Page-3 of the order and replaces the same by "R.F.A. No.33/335 of 2022/1990 pending in the Court of District Judge, Puri". Rest part of the order dated 28.03.2022 passed in C.M.P. No.237 of 2022 shall remain unaltered. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Sks
