This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Order No.

4.

2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Binjharpur P.S. Case No.666 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. (Spl.) POCSO Case No.162 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, Jajpur for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 294/506/376(2)(n)/34 of IPC read with Section 6 of POSCO Act.

4.

Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for regular bail.

5.

However, considering the submission that the parents of the petitioner are ill and require medical attention, I am inclined to take a lenient view in the matter by directing the court in seisin over the matter to release the petitioner on interim bail for a period of four weeks from the date of his actual release on such terms and conditions as he may deem fit and proper to impose.

6.

It shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer for regular bail after examination of the victim. 7.
