This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar to provide certified copy of the entire order sheet in De-reservation Case No.07 of 2020 along with certified copy of the Order No.13532 dated 3rd September, 2020 passed by the Collector, Khurda within a stipulated time. 3.

Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate, on written instruction received from the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar vide Letter No.3750 dated 18th April, 2022, submits that the aforesaid certified copies of the documents are kept ready in the office of Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar and the Petitioner may collect the same in any working day. Copy of the written instruction submitted by Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate is taken on record.

In view of submission of Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Government, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event the Petitioner appears before the Tahasildar,

// 2 // Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party to collect the certified copies of the aforesaid documents on any working day within a period of seven days along with certified copy of this order, he shall provide the same forthwith on proper acknowledgement.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
