This writ petition involves a challenge to the order of rejection of the application for amendment at the instance of the plaintiffs. For the own statement of learned counsel for PlaintiffPetitioners, not only written statement has already come on record, but there is also examination of the P.W. Nos.1 & 2 by the time the attempt for amendment was made. This Court looks to the proposed amendment at page 7 of the brief and reading through the same this Court finds, such nature of amendment cannot be brought, once the trial is commenced. This Court, therefore, declines to interfere in the impugned order.
