Heard Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department on behalf of the petitioners and Mr. L.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the opposite party no.1. 3.

It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 4180 of 2016 (State of Odisha & Ors. v. Debabrata Nath), which has been dismissed vide order dated 18.04.2017 by this Court. 4.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 18.04.2017 passed in W.P.(C) No. 4180 of 2016 (State of Odisha & Ors. v. Debabrata Nath), this writ petition stands dismissed in terms of the said order.
