Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners.

Considering the progress in the suit at least the Plaintiffs' evidence coming to an end, this Court directs the Civil Judge (Sr.Divn.), Salipur to dispose of C.S. No.7482 of 2014 within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order. The Petitioners are directed not to indulge in taking unnecessary adjournment in the trial court.
