This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

We refer our orders dated 22.03.2022, 13.04.2022, 10.05.2022 and 06.07.2022, the appellant was repeatedly asked to take steps for service of notice on the sole respondent. But, no such step has been taken.

In the order dated 06.07.2022, this Court had observed that if such steps are taken properly, the notice be issued, returnable on 29.08.2022.

It was also observed that in the event of default, this appeal be listed before us on 21.07.2022 for passing appropriate order for nonprosecution.

It is apparent from the note of the Registry that no requisite has been filed nor any step has been taken as far as service of notice on the sole respondent is concerned.
