1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court vide order dated 09.07.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.18514 of 2021 directed the opposite party/ contemnor to consider his representation and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. Despite the Courts' order, the representation of the petitioner is pending since 27.10.2019. Hence, this CONTC.

4. In such view of the matter, the opposite party- contemnor is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, by passing a reasoned order, within a period of one month from the date of production/presentation of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of this CONTC.

5. Accordingly, this CONTC stands disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
