1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the action of the opposite party No.4- Principal, Swarnachud College, Mitrapur, Balasore in disengaging her from service without following the due procedure of law.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner was selected and appointed as a Junior Clerk in the said College on 11.08.2017 on contractual basis. Condition of service was purely temporary in nature and terminable at any point of time without notice to the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner was discharging her duty to the upmost satisfaction of the authority. However, the Principal of the College started imposing his will on the petitioner failing which she was threatened to face dire consequences. Even the Principal was misbehaving her causing sexual harassment. The petitioner has also filed complaints against the said Principal before the Sub-Collector, Nilagiri,

// 2 // Women Harassment Cell, Balasore, Women Harassment Cell, Bhubaneswar and also before the Inspector-In-Charge, Nilagiri Police Station, Nilagiri and cases have been registered against him. Those complaints are pending for investigation. In the meantime, the petitioner has been disengaged/ terminated by the Principal on 21.02.2022 for the said complainants filed against him. The petitioner has also submitted a representation to the opposite party No.3- Sub-Collector-cum-President, Swarnachud College, Mitrapur, Balasore ventilating her grievance which is pending since 07.03.2022.

5. In such view of the matter, the opposite party No.3- SubCollector-cum-President, Swarnachud College, Mitrapur, Balasore is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order within a period of one month from the date of receipt/ presentation of this order.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
