The Petitioner approached this Court under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for quashing of the proceeding in G.R. Case No.3397 of 2016 (arising out of Burla P.S. Case No.394 of 2016), pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Sambalpur for the alleged offence punishable under Section 47A of the Bihar and Odisha Excise Act, 1915 read with Section 109 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

At the time of hearing, Mr. Digambar Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that he has no instructions in this matter.
