This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last two consecutive dates on 16.11.2022 and 10.08.2017. Further, the defect as pointed out by Stamp Reporter has not yet been removed and last chance was given to the Petitioner to remove the defect, but the Petitioner has failed to avail such chance today.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it appears that the Petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. 4.

Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed.
