This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the letter dated 9th December, 2021 (Annexure-8) issued by Divisional Forest Officer, Boudh Forest Division, Boudh intimating that the appeal preferred by the Petitioner against the order of rejection of his application for T.T. permit has been dismissed. 3.

In view of the detailed order passed in W.P.(C) No.7741 of 2022, this Court sets aside the communication under Annexure-8 and remits the matter back to the Regional Chief Conservator of Forest, Berhampur Circle-Opposite Party No.1 to consider the appeal afresh giving opportunity to the Petitioner an opportunity of hearing by filing documents in support of his case and dispose of the appeal by a reasoned order.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case of the Petitioner.
