Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This Court finds surprise to note that the Bebandobast Proceeding initiated, vide Case No.12 of 1983 is still pending for final adjudication. This Court taking serious cognizance of such delay in disposal of such Proceeding directs the Tahasildar, Rengali, O.P.3 to conclude the above proceeding, if it is still pending, at least within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order.
