This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Jharbandh P.S. Case No.174 of 2021 corresponding to Spl. G.R. Case No.108 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Padampur for alleged commission of offences under sections 294 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3(1)(r)(s) and 3(2)(va) of S.C. & S.T. (PoA) Act, 1989.

// 2 // Learned counsel for the State on verification of the case records submitted that notice as contemplated under section 41A of Cr.P.C. has been served on the petitioner and he has complied with the terms of the notice and therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner in connection with this case.

In view of such submission, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
