This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioners at the time of call so also no one had appeared on last two dates on 11.10.2022 and 29.09.2022. The petitioners by way of an application U/S. 482 of Cr.P.C. have sought for to quash the entire proceeding in G.R. Case No. 3 of 2014 arising out of Manamunda P.S. Case No. 3 of 2014 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Kantamal and further seek to quash the order passed on 30.04.2015 and 22.06.2015 by which the learned J.M.F.C., Kantamal had taken cognizance of offences and issued process against the petitioners. Since the orders impugned has been passed way back on 30.04.2015 and 22.06.2015 and in the meantime seven years have passed, this Court, therefore, entertains a reasonable doubt as to whether the cause of action for the petitioners still survives. 3.

In view of the aforesaid development, especially when no one had appeared to move the CRLMC on last three dates including today, this Court feels it proper to dismiss the CRLMC.

Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed.
