Heard Mr. A. Routray, learned Sr. Panel Counsel, Government of India appearing for the Petitioners and Mr. N.R. Routray, learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.1.

Learned Counsel for both the parties stated that the relief sought has already granted in favour of Opposite Party No.1 pursuant to recommendation made by the 7th Pay Commission and the same has been implemented in the case of Opposite Party No.1. 4.
