1. The statement of the victim girl has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stating that she has happily married the Petitioner and now they have a child.

2. In that view of the matter, Talcher P.S. Case No.82 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. Case No.331 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Talcher and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed. The CRLMC is disposed of.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
