This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This is an application for modification of the order dated 19th April, 2022 by which the writ petition was disposed of. 3.

It is submitted by Mr. Pasayat, learned counsel for the Petitioner that in Paragraph-4 of the order dated 19th April, 2022, the name of the learned counsel for the Petitioner has been wrongly stated to be "Mr. Mishra" in place of "Mr. Pasayat". Likewise, in the cause title also, the name of the Advocate has been wrongly typed as "Mr. Sanjeeb Kumar Choudhury" in place of "Mr. Biswajit Pasayat". He, therefore, prays for correction of the said inadvertent mistake. 4.

On perusal of the order, the submission of Mr. Pasayat, learned counsel for the Petitioners is found to be correct. Accordingly, "Mr. Mishra" in Paragraph-4 of the order dated 19th April, 2022 be corrected as "Mr. Pasayat". And also in cause title the name of learned Advocate be corrected as "Mr. Biswajit Pasayat" in place of "Mr. Sanjeeb Kumar

// 2 // Choudhury". Rest part of the order dated 19th April, 2022 shall remain unaltered.
