Stamp Reported has pointed out that the matter should have been registered as CRLMP.

On verification of record, it appears that the Petitioner assails the order of learned Judge, Family Court, Berhampur in rejecting an application filed with a prayer to dismiss the proceeding in Cr.P. No.46 of 2018 under Section 125 Cr.P.C. as not maintainable.

In view of the above, the matter should have been registered as CRLMP. Accordingly, Office is directed to convert the RPFAM to CRLMP and place the matter before the assigned Bench.
