Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The Petitioner has a request for expediting final decree proceeding involving I.E.C.S.No.1651/2016 pending before the Civil Judge (Sr.Divn.), Bhubaneswar.

Considering the request involved, this Court observes, in the event there is no stay of such judgment and decree in any higher forum, all attempt should be made by the Executing Court to complete the final decree proceeding at least within a period of nine months from the date of communication of this order. 4.
