This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Since the petitioner claims for release of the EMD amount as well as royalty for non-operation of the Sairat lease for the year 2015-16 with interest at the bank's rate, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority in terms of the DTCN/agreement which is applicable to him. 3.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
