1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11th April, 2022 only to the extent of reducing the cash Security of Rs.50,000/-. It is submitted that because of poor financial background, the Petitioner is unable to arrange the required amount, which has deserted in his continued incarceration.

3. Having regard to the fact that the order granting bail was passed way back on 11th April, 2022 and the Petitioner is still in custody, it almost amounts to refusal of bail. This Court is therefore, inclined to take a lenient view in the matter. The order darted 11th April, 2022 is modified only to the extent of reducing the cash security from Rs.50,000/- to Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with all other conditions remain intact.

4. I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
