This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

On being query made by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioners is not able to satisfy the Court as to which academic session the petitioners seek reimbursement of course fee. As such, the information sought for under the RTI Act vide Annexure-4, indicates that the same is for the academic session 2020-21. 3.

Since the academic session 2020-21 has already been over, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, if any cause of action still survives, it is open to the petitioners to pursue their remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 4.
