Petitioner claims his right over the disputed property bearing holding no.353 under Khata No.84. It is also alleged that there is no involvement of encroachment proceeding and there is attempt for eviction of the Petitioner without following due process of law. 2.
Considering the allegation made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event there is no eviction proceeding initiated against the Petitioner as of now and the Petitioner is still in occupation of the land in question, there shall be no eviction/demolition involving the Petitioner without following due process of law.

With the aforesaid direction the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
