1. This matter is taken up through virtual mode.

2. The bearer has filed the present writ challenging the auction sale dated 23.02.2022 issued by the Authorized Officer, UCO Bank, Barabati Branch, Dist-Jajpur fixing the auction sale of the collateral/mortgaged property on 25.03.2022 for the alleged outstanding of around Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees Six lakh) as on the date of issuance of the notice.

3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission for withdrawal of the writ in view of the settlement being negotiated with the Bank.
