This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.
The Petitioner is a registered dealer dealing in petroleum products since decades. He has been registered under the relevant statute at the relevant periods of time. 3.
By filing the present writ petition, challenge has been laid to the order dated 29th January, 2022, whereby the Branch Managers of different banks of Keonjhar, wherein the Petitioner operates his accounts, have been directed to attach the accounts of the Petitioner towards recovery of arrear dues in respect of OST, OVAT and OPT outstanding at Rs.5,63,164/- for the periods commencing from 1991-92 and 1997-98 to 2016-17. The ancillary prayer is for providing the original assessment orders.

At the outset, Mr. S.S.Padhy, Advocate appearing for the Revenue submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous as stated bank accounts have been defreezed upon realization of the outstanding arrears. As regards, the plea of supply of assessment orders, he submits, upon instruction, that
// 2 // the same were duly supplied at the relevant time(s) and the Petitioner had even filed appeal(s) in respect of some of those assessment orders.

If that is so, counsel for the Petitioner admits that nothing more survives for adjudication in the writ petition. 6.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
