Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ambhabana P.S. Case No.194 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1311 of 2021 pending in Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Bargarh for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 341/323/325/376(2)(n) of IPC. 4.

Considering the nature of accusations and the existence of materials prima facie in support thereof, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore, rejected. 5.

It is submitted that the father of the petitioner is ill and requires treatment.

Considering the submissions above, the court below is directed to release the petitioner on interim bail for a period of four weeks. It is also open to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after examination of some material witnesses.

BLAPL is accordingly rejected.

8.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
