The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. G.P. Dutta, learned counsel for the insurer-Appellant and Mr. B. Jalli, learned counsel for claimant - Respondent Nos.1 to 5.

Present I.A. is filed by the claimant - Respondents praying to correct the name of Respondent No.3 as Ashok @ Alok Pradhan. 4.

The Petitioner - Respondents are directed to renew their prayer before learned tribunal and the tribunal is directed to consider the same.

It is further submitted that Respondent No.5, namely Chaitanya Pradhan died in the meantime on 20th October, 2022. The claimant - Respondents are also at liberty to pray for deletion of his name before the tribunal.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
